Karrie Kunich promised to complete an appraisal in connection with a re-finance and failed to deliver on time. Two weeks after the promised delivery date, she made promises again to complete the appraisal and a week later, she still has not completed the appraisal or communicated with anyone about the additional delays. She has shown herself to be unreliable, and unprofessional.
