This Appraiser lacked accountability and had every excuse possible for not turning in the report. He had the report complete for 3 weeks and for what ever reason did not turn it in. His first excuse was he ran out of ink in his printer, his 2nd excuse was he needed a new modem. I well be officially be writing a review to the Board of reviews. His lack of professionalism and accountability has caused more issues with closing them I could ever imagine.

Mr. Brennan is continually late on his reports, even causing customers to lose their loans. He is also a reprobate, and I would NEVER allow him in my home.
