Dillard Richardson has been disciplined by the Mississippi Real Estate Commission (state board of realty) as recently as 2015. His violations of Mississippi law are public record, and detailed on the MREC site (unfortunately, not allowed ro provide a direct link in a review, but a simple Google search of his name will find it). As of 2020, it appears that the Dillard Richardson Realty agency may have closed--the signage at their office has gone blank. Good riddance to a potentially unscrupulous realtor.
