- 5 weeks for a BPO-Secretary Refused to give message to Robert Henry - - Valencia - 5/28/2013 - comment
BPO order May 1,2013 took over 5 weeks and it has still not been recorded. When I went ot find out why or if it had been reported/completed. The secretary grilled me when I asked to get a call back from the owner. She refused to take my number and was confrontational. I would NEVER use them for my appraisal. I am calling the agency which orders the BPO and ask them to quit using this company. There is no reason a BPO should take over 5 weeks to complete. The Bank still has no record of it. Unbeklieveable POOR TERRIBLE HORRIBLE Customer Service.
