Don't ask this guy to appraise your home. You'll be sorry cause he's isn't fair. We had a appraisal done in April and our home was worth 263,000 then had another one done in October and he lowered ou value to 240,000. We showed him multiple house in our area that were 260,00 or 270,000 and he said they were to far from our home but actually they were only 10 miles from us. He thought the wouldn't even listen after we showed him the first apprisal. This wasn't a sale this is our own home we were just trying to finalize our loan which ended up costing us to put down 19,000. He could have considered our comps that a realtor found for us but he wouldn't.
