Do NOT use this appraiser. He recently was at our home-- under valued it by over $100,00. Made comoarables from the 1950'"s to our new 2014 custom built home. When we called a tried to discuss this with him-- Richard was RUDE, condescending-- wouldn't give us the time of day. And basically hung up on us. We plan on reporting him to the Vetter Business Bureau Horrible. Horrible. Hirrible
