This company was hired for an appraisal for a refinance and he came out and spent approx 20mins here, mainly because of measuring. Leonard's appraisal was low and he used comps that are out of my school district and track housing in which mine is a custom built home. Jack never asked or looked for any upgrades that have high value and his photos don't even show the value in the trim work, custom built ins, woodwork, energy efficient products and structure or cedar wood garage door. My neighborhood consist of twelve houses only and he was comparing my house to large neighborhoods that all houses look the same. Two houses of the twelve houses sold in my neighborhood, (1) at $129 per sqft, (2) $111 per sqft, but he can not use those as it has been over six months! I am very disappointed as all I want is a fair appraisal. which I did not get!
