Rate and Review M & P Appraisals

I live in another state. M & P subcontracts out appraisals to Service Link Valuation Solutions, but M & P, "Martin Weinberg puts his stamp on the appraisals. ie. Signature, and license certification. My appraisal was not even close to being right, the number of bedrooms, the sqft of the property, the lake access was omitted as well as other mistakes. I called Martin Weinberg after getting my appraisal. Martin was unprofessional, Unwilling to talk and said I need to take it up with Service Link although it's his name and license on the appraisal. In the end I had to go back to my bank and order a new appraisal, Why should the first appraisers get to keep the money, I guess it's ok if a doctor takes out the wrong kidney then too.
