- Appraisal for Refinance - - - 5/2/2020 - comment
M Sheppard took advantage of the covid crisis and charged us $1,600 for a simple appraisal for a house in Westport. We called other appraisers and their fees ranged from $720 to $795 for the same appraisal. We were doing a refinance and we were not allowed to select the appraiser. I would not recommend her services.
