Mr. Stanton was hired to do an appraisal for a property we had under contract in Centerville,TX. He was given 2 weeks to get the job done. It has now been 3 weeks and we still have not received an appraisal, and his managers have sent previous emails and calls reaching out to him as well. If you are needing appraisal done, I certainly would NOT recommend him.
