HORRIBLE APPRAISER. made several errors with our house appraisal including age of house, square footage, etc .. And gave appraisal at 10k below our accepted offer. Needless to say we lost money on our house sale due to the ineptness of this "appraiser". And when errors were brought to her attention and revised appraisal requested, she added 1k to original appraisal price. Ridiculous. The lender refused to loan based on our accepted offer, instead using this low appraised amount. To me, this is criminal and our hands were tied in the whole process. Be warned folks, she's shady!
