It took several attempts to finally get an appointment. When it came time for my appointment he was on time but only looked around 15 minutes or so and when I finally receved my appraisal I was disappointed that many of my upgrades weren't included and my final numbers to me seemed inaccurate. I called to see if he could find better comps but I was scolded for asking and was made to feel as though I was a bother. He made no attempt to make any changes and when I asked why he was defensive and rude. I paid $350 and was made to feel as though I shouldn't have questioned his opinion. I now have to re pay another company to get an accurate apprasisal.
