Karen Berger is a thief and this business is a scam!!!! My wife and I ordered an appraisal and Karen showed up with another "gentleman". To say the way the conducted their self while in our house was unprofessional would be giving them undue credit. My check for payment was cashed immediately yet I have never received an appraisal. I can not get a phone call or email returned. I am currently in the process of a small claims suit, a BBB claim, and working with the Florida state board of appraisers to review their business practices and potentially suspend/revoke her appraisal license. DO NOT USE THIS "COMPANY"
