This appraisal is way off the mark. I was already offered 25% more than his appraisal. Fortunately, we are just refinancing or this would be a big issue. If I was this far off in my profession, I would be fired. Lucky for Bill, he already cashed our check! Bill, you should actually look at the comps and see what they are selling for. Currently, on Dorcey you have a similar sf with outdated interiors and North facing downward sloped driveway selling for $673K. The bottom of Tyner, on the turn with no yard and zero privacy $725k. Our property has a view that is spectacular and tons of privacy. The house is up to date with renovations and a real Tahoe charmer. I suggest you take our money and use it for additional valuation classes and stop using Zillow to do your job.
