Awful company to do business with. Lost a lot of time and money. Mr. Samuel Gonzalez, with TASADOR Appraisal company does not answer phone or return calls, fails to keep multiple promises as to the submission of appraisals. Lost a lot of time and money due to failure of Mr. Samuel Gonzalez not delivering the appraisal. Time for closing elapsed and may lose out on purchase of home because of it. After almost one month of empty promises to deliver the appraisal, the mortgage company had to hire another appraisal company for the job. I lost a lot, I repeat, a lot of money because of Samuel Gonzalez, with TASADOR Appraisals. Samuel Gonzalez of TASADOR Appraisal Co is totally inept, inexperienced and horrible business ethics.
