Where to start , Just avoid Him at ALL Cost. A Horrible Person , phone and in-person manners. He's such an Arrogant person. Seems to dislike Women and any Home Owner. He will devalue your home any chance he gets. I think he rents and is envious. Its the only thing I can think of why He acts/talks/appraises as he does. And this is Me being nice. DON PRICE REMEMBER THAT NAME AND AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

This guy should be put out of appraisal business. He always like to pick the lowest value of the comps and of course uses his tool to manipulate anything that would get to the lowest possible value! Please request NO DON PRICE unless you want the lowest possible appraised value for your house!

Showed up to perform appraisal on-time. Very nit-picky. Complained about cobwebs in my property's basement. I kid you not. Takes pictures of dirt, etc. Would NOT use again. Basically looks for excuses to lowball your total valuation. Do NOT pick this guy to perform your appraisal unless you are purposefully seeking a low appraisal value!
      - 4/15/2016 - The owner called me to do an appraisal for a bank loan. He needed some information that I did not have with me at the time so I asked him to contact the sales agent for the property, who would not only have the information, but was the person he needed to meet with at some point anyway. His response was unbelievably rude. He said to me" I am not your secretary"! I would discourage anyone from hiring this rude and unprofessional man!
