Horrible appraiser for rural property. He expects to find comps that are within a mile radius however homes can be spaced out a mile apart in this type of area. He uses comps that are a year old and that are active, yet when you appeal them he won't allow you to appeal with homes that are active. He also oddly wanted all the information I had on the property, what we paid to build the home, the barn, the land, ect... and claimed it was so he would not undervalue the property, yet it was way undervalued. Went so far asked me to supply a previous appraisal, I guess so he didn't have to do his job. Ridiculous. DO NOT USE this person.
