Very unprofessional and unethical appraisal service. They excepted the order to do the appraisal on our home, completed the appraisal, and even called the buyers agent to confirm the sale price. The very next day, the appraiser indicated there was a “conflict of interest” and refused to submit her report.We have been waiting three weeks for the appraisal to be completed. You would think that she would know if there was a conflict of interest before she accepted the order. Now we have to start over, which is probably gonna take another month. I would think twice before using this service.

The absolute rudest person, business, and woman I have ever spoken to. I was given Her number by a Real Estate agent her hours are not listed, I've talked to other appraiserson Saturday mornings so I called at 9:30 the first thing out of her mouth was rudely yelling at me for calling taken by surprise I humbly and politely apologized and then tried to let her know why I called, she cut me off with I'm not uninterested! If She doesn't want calls She should list her available hours on her advertisements or turn her Do not disturb on her phone.

If you want an unfair value on your home, you can count on Scott to do it. Without a doubt the worst appraiser in The Dalles.
