This guy is a real disgrace. He did a VA appraisal for us. Va appraisals are supposed to take 10 days max. He took a month. He told us the place needed all new windows. He retracted that after seeing the home inspection report. Then he asked the agents for comps. They supplied him with 10. He took another week or so then asked for the best 3 comps. When he did his report he used none of them. Came in 60,000 under value after wasting a month of our time. He also has an extensive criminal record that is public record. This guy should not be doing appraisals for veterans or anyone else. Total disgrace.
