I've been working hard with my mortgage company to refinance my home while rates are low. My credit is above 800 and have zero derogatory marks. First of she came and asked me what I wanted to appraise for then proceeded to say she's not legally allowed to ask so don't tell anyone. She then appraised my home for 190 thousand even though the zillow appraisal is 197-225 and that was before I added a covered patio. Firepit added and exterior door and closed in my carport. So even after I've done all these improvements she appraised me for less then the appraised value before the improvements even though the comparable homes were all above 200thousand. Then refused to let me dispute the appraisal because I told her I would report her for unfair business practices. The woman is a Crook and just wants your money do not use her
