I was unfortunate enough to have my home in St. Joseph appraised by Zelda Guy. The appraisal was well below comps in the neighborhood. I believe that the appraisal was a result of the personal opinion of my home rather than actual value. This shotty appraisal nearly cost me the sale of my home. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere and finding an appraiser with better business values.
