Mr.Glassey couldn't have possibly done a worse job appraising my family's home. He was rude, was visibly upset when asked to take off his shoes on new carpet, and spent less than 10 minutes on a 2,000+ square foot home. Mr. Glassey's appraisal was nearly $30,000 off from other appraisal companies in the same area. My family and I will never recommend Mr. Glassey to anyone looking to have an actual, thorough, and fair appraisal of their home value. Please read on Mr. Glassey's other reviews before making the regretable decision of retaining his services.
