- Refused to correct material errors. - - - 4/19/2012 - comment
Missed numerous items and refused to correct errors. Had valuations of $3 a sq ft on finished walkout rooms and $10 a sq ft on above grade, for new construction. Must have pulled the final valuation out of the air, since it was less than any of the adjusted comps.
