He did our appraisal. He then spoke with the other parties agents without our consent and damaged our position in the negotiations. His response was that he didn't know we would be using the appraisal in a negotiation. Why would we have had an appraisal done on a house we did not own if we weren't going to use this in a negotiation? Wildy unprofessional.

this lowballing son of a bitch was rude to the seller and an asshole all the way around. he ruined a dream home purchase for my family.come to find out a whole lot of other people hate his face as well. fuck you dude. eat shit and die asshole.
