This appraiser is very lazy...didn't even enter the property to evaluate it's value. Don't use him if you can avoid it.

I have dealt with him twice on two separate real estate deals. He has used 2-3 year old comps both times. He is lazy and won't use the correct information on his appraisals. Do not use him!!! Several Flagstaff area Realtors have relayed the same information to me.
