My company hired this man to negotiate a lower property tax value for one of our commercial locations. We had a 30% increase in value from the previous year. Bruce Callaway told me that he was pretty certain that he could AT LEAST get it back to the previous year value. I told him that concerned me as I did not want to pay out more than the savings. His fee was a $200 flat fee vs the normal percent of savings that most of these types of business do. Now I know why. He did absolutely nothing for us for that $200. The value remained the same and he never notified me that he couldn't do anything. After talking to the Assessor's office, they told me that nothing was presented to them to lower the bill and Bruce Callaway just signed off on the current proposed value. Do not trust this company!!!!
