When her son was crippled with backpain for 2 years she had her son committed to the state mental institution and then moved in the house he was living. She threw away his clothes and sold his car. She did not have anything to do with him until he was given disability for his back that ended up having to be fused together in 3 different spots. She kept his back pay . While in charge of his finances her son ended up homeless and his check ended being direct deposited into her bank account. She is under investigation by social security for this reason. Her son found his way off the streets but is still dealing with 4 different viruses in his ears and is having to see Infectious disease specialist for treatment. Brenda deermans says " he needs to be alone" when news of her sons health issues. The woman is a thief and uses the local law enforcement as a pawn because they are unwilling to believe this woman is a criminal but its okay everyone will pay for the sins they commit and I'm sure they are just waiting for it to get hot enough before that troll of a woman is called home.

This Lady took a week to show up after bank ordered appraisal.Then took another 8 days to get it submitted back to bank.I even loaned her a copy of previous appraisal to save her measuring the home.Previous appraisal was 112,500 by a professional that charged 350.00 this old lady came up with 85,000 an had the nerve to charge an extra 150.00 her bill was 500.00.I pitch one more fit at my bank which I have done several mortgages with as I own 6 homes.The work ethics of this lady was unacceptable an unreliable.Can't see anyone using this person a second time.
