There is no solid reason that our home should be valued $40,000 less than what it was appraised at only 15 months previous. !!! The appraisal process is so subjective...why is it possible that ONE MAN screw up a family's happiness and financial wellbeing? Michael never once returned my phone call either. My home also appraised for 13,000 less than it sold for. So...renegotiations resumed... so thousands of dollars were burned for NO REASON. Zero. Boo.
