I had a appraisal done by Elite Appraisals on my property. They appraised my property lower than previous appraisals. At the end of my appraisal I asked the gentleman what he thought and if out property apprasies out. The gentleman said our property appraises out and we have no issues appraising at our asking price and we have no worries. I am trying to look out for everyone who needs a appraisal done. If you don't want a honest appraisal done on your property then Elite Appraisals is the appraiser to call.
- 5/25/2015 - I have to agree with the review above. I had almost the same experience with Elite Appraisals. Not a good way to run a business. Elite Appraisals was not even at my property for five minutes. How can you appraise a property in less than five minutes?
