Ex hired to perform values of properties in divorce.Her house appraisal was 42,000 The adverage comps were 80,000.My home was refinance 3 years prior for 144,000 And she appraised my property @154,000 Other mistakes were made as well cost me thousands in lost values thanks heartland for making a bad situation worse hopefully someone does you the same someday.
