Rate and Review Huffman Real Estate Appraisals

Huffman is notorious for under valuing homes. He appraised my home at $30,000 under contract! He did not include all finished square feet. He did not even count all the bedrooms. His response to my realtor was very unprofessional. The comps he used were not even comparable to my home - they were about half the square footage and then he didn't adjust correctly. All lenders know his history - you don't even have to say his name. If there is a problem appraisal, they know it's him. He should have his license pulled. It's my understanding there are numerous complaints filed against him - he will be getting at least one more. Avoid this jerk! If he is selected to do you home, reschedule until you get a different appraiser. He will cost you a home sale!
