Bob Reynolds was hired to appraise our home. I question his skill set and or judgement. He mysteriously came up with a value of our home 100,000 higher than two other certified appraisers that came out. If you take the quality of the home and square footage you could not justify his figures other than he was hired by the person most interested in obtaining a high value. He also included a comparison home at full list price in his calculations even though it had been on the market for well over a year and remained unsold. To top all this off his fee was nearly double what the rate the other two charged and way over industry standard.
