Even when provided with accurate comps in the area, Michael still managed to appraise our new home under by at least 40 to 50 thousand what other appraisers would. Even when presented with the information that was inaccurate, he refused to revisit his appraisal. Very much unimpressed with this individual and his “company”.

We have now been waiting on an appraisal for over three weeks. We have been told four different "for sure"completion dates. The latest of which as today by noon. It is now 10:57pm. When he did the walk through at the house he promised to get the appraisal back in two days. I can understand that people can be busy but don't lie day after day saying it will be done for sure tomorrow. Tell me you are busy and it may take a while to get the appraisal back. This man is very unprofessional and the only way he stays in business is banks no longer have any choice of who can do the appraisals. If you have a choice look elsewhere! Two days has turned into 3 weeks and counting!
