Appraisal of property was so negative and poorly done that homeowner was unable to obtain new mortgage which will probably result in loss of home - very negative impact for family. Comparables were chosen that were half the size of the appraised home. No consideration was given for approximately $100,000 in recent updates by insurance company and homeowner. Very,very poor quality work. Does not care about others.
- 2/24/2017 - Completely disagree with this review. Maybe your home isn't really worth what you think it is. Was the best experience I've had with my home. Very personable and Was a true pleasure to work with. There is no one way this review can be the same person.
