I have been in the mortgage industry in the Hammond area since 1995. By far, Joe Mier is the most requested appraiser that I have from my customers. If you want to find out what your land or home is really worth, Joe is the guy for the job. He's honest, fair, and friendly. Before the new regs came out that make us rotate appraisers, I sent all my work to him - because he met his deadlines and gave fair, accurate values.
