- comps were horrible. a joke - - - 6/18/2014 - comment
i have a 3 bed 2 bath solid brick home with finished basement including egress window in bedroom. nester forgot to add sq footage together. COMPS FOR MY HOME INCLUDED A 2BED 1 BATH SIDED HOME AND A 2BED 2BATH SIDED HOME ON A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT STREET APPEARANCE. the comp most closely related was a 2 bed 2bath house 2 doors down from my house but was not used as primary comp. not sure why. typos in report (just writing over previous report. lazily. lack of professional product. i would accept appraisal if comps were close but not a million miles away. hope this review helps them or him take things more serious in approach to evaluating homes properly. nice person when i met at 1230. appt at 1 pm. went through my house before appt and with my kids home. should have waited for 1 pm.
