If you want your nice, beautiful, well maintained, structurally sound home to appraise the way it should, stay away from Hoyle Purvis. If you want your home to be compared to houses that have been sold "as is" under foreclosure, and have your number lowballed in favor of your realtor who does not have your best interest in the forefront of their goal list, than choose this appraiser. You will sell your home for peanuts.
