Tell the appraiser that you are interested in learning how to become a competent real estate appraiser. Tell the appraiser that you are interested in taking the training that is offered by the appraisal institute.The appraiser will put you in cotcant with the Appraisal Institute and you will have the opportunity to take their classroom training.Once you have completed the classroom training you will have the opportunity to work in an office of a Member of The Appraisal Institute. The pay will probably be very little because you are in training. The training that you will get will last you a lifetime. You will find that you have far more expertise than any of your colleagues when the issue is determining the fair market value of a piece of Real Estate.
