As a VA goverment appraiser, he completed the task in VA's slow motion typical fashion. He complete the value as expected since we had a sale and we knew the comparable sales were available to support value. His work was underwriten with no conditions or revisions. He took every day allocated to completion of the task, we had to get extensions on the short sale we were working for. Some of the blame is with VA and its system of assignment. We are at complete mercy in regards to time, with the VA. If I had a service choice, this would not be the appraiser I would choose, but if it is a VA loan, you dont have a choice. He is hard to communicate with and does not seem to return calls, I would recommend improvement.

This appraiser was a pain to work with and we almost lost our house due to his lack of communication. He rarely calls or e-mails back. This appraiser was very rude and unprofessional.
