Absolutley the worst appraiser I have ever experienced. Completely unprofessional, the client themself had to contact him in order to come out to do the appraisal even though he had already been hired through a third party to perform the appraisal. Has no idea what a comparable even is!!! Stay away from him or anyone he knows in the business world; I would not let this guy perform any appraisal or fcor that matter I wouldn't even let him inside my home!!!
