Just had an Appraisal in pa . This guy was so stupid. He was on the wrong property thought the neighbors driveway was part of the property left tire tracks in the yard. Shouldn't even be paid. But that would hold up the (sale) closing of the estate. Who certifies the people, Would like to see them loose the licence

This company deserves ZERO stars. And honestly should refund me for the horribly ridiculous "appraisal" that we paid for. This lady was hired to do a VA appraisal.... Besides the fact she undervalued our home by 150k.... She used comps that's were not even CLOSE to actually comparable to our home. The market is Port Saint Lucie is insane. Yet she couldn't find a 4/3 pool home that had sold recently ?!?!? I was able to find more than a dozen within 3 miles of my home... The appraisal was very inaccurate... Said we didn't have a fence when the entire half acre has a privacy fence.... She said we didn't have energy efficient appliances, she missed an entire utility room, also didn't take in consideration the entire extra lot that is married to our property. Ended up paying a RELIABLE company to come in and do a real and accurate appraisal. AVOID THIS COMPANY unless you like throwing $695 down the toilet....
