Rate and Review Twin Lakes Appraisals

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The appraiser was rude on the phone and in person. She was 40 minutes late for our appointment after I had to take off from work to meet her. She took almost 2 weeks to do the appraisal and the bank said they had to send it back to her twice to make fixes to the paperwork. I believe she should do something else for a living. She was really terrible as an appraisr!!!!
      - 4/15/2022 - I just had the same experience as the one star reviewer. Oh she'll show up late and take pictures but you if want the job done right or want someone who knows what she is doing then pick someone else. I'm getting a refund because she didn't do her job. Now I lost out on getting my house refinanced because she didn't do her job correctly.
