He cancelled first apointment then was 2 hours late for second apointment. Came in nasty urine stained shorts telling how his dead dick would rather be on the river drinking beer than home with his ugly wife. Stayed 10 to 15 min and apraised my house for 5 thousand less than a apraisal 5 yrs previous . I have since the first apraisel added new siding,roof, remodeled both bathrooms,new flooring all windows and doors 2 out buildings , new heat pump and added a new well ....50000.00 worth of upgrades and he apraised it lower than the past apraisel. 15 min and didnt ask many questions all he could say is he is ready to go to the river and drink beer.
