Spent five minutes at home. Lied on comparables in my area. He took comparables that were 20 to miles away in the boon docks and did not compare with the eight homes sold in my area. I had an appraisal 3 months ago for 255,000 and he appraised my home at 215,000. 7 bedroom room house 2100 living area. 2 bedroom Mother n law suite with 1100 sqare feet with an acre on land. He is an idiot.
