If I could rate Broadway and Robert Schiff (owner I think) "zero stars" I would. Terrible service, do not use under any circumstances! The appraiser was not familiar with our area and used comps from the next town over that were substantially older and mentions age is not a factor in buying a house nor is property size. Additionally he deducted against the value of our house versus the comps but would not credit us when our house featured something the comps didn't. We disputed the appraisal gave comps of houses from our development, Robert Schiff amended the appraisal to say these comps were larger than our house and sold more than 6 months ago; his original appraisal featured houses larger and the mortgage company requested the comps to be within 12 months. Lousy job do not recommend. Beware, Streetlinks appraisal contracts appraisers all over the country – they do not have a handle on their business and neither did Broadway.
