Our lender has already been in contact with the manager of the property valuation department to make them aware of the circumstances. That’s why they’re staying on this appraiser constantly now. 6/3/21 We’re still waiting on the subject-to appraisal. Urgent voicemails and emails have been sent to the appraiser asking for an update on the completed report. 6/7/21 The latest message from the appraiser is that the completed subject-to appraisal will be delivered no later than 6/10/21 The lender wanted to let you know still waiting on the revised subject-to appraisal report and final inspection. Messages have been left for the appraiser asking for an update on the request. 6/15/21 The last message we have from the appraiser was yesterday at 2:15 pm. He apologized for the delay and stated we would have everything by the end of the day yesterday …. I still don’t have anything. 6/17/21 The property valuation department has called, left voicemails, and emailed the appraiser again this morning requesting an update. We realize that the market is overwhelmed but to promise and then not follow-up is unacceptable.
