Other appraisers will word the appraisal so that your refinance will be approved, if your neighborhood does not have a big turnover. This firm does not do this so you have paid for an appraisal that you are unable to use and have to pay for another one, to get your refiance approved. Also, she may forget to take all the pictures and have to come back, which delays your loan process.
