Just had a review of a property in San Luis Obispo. I have refi'd this home a few times over the last 10 years due to falling interest rates. They were in contact with me in a timely manner but the review included items such as the condition of our stove, cook top and other non essential items that the lender then required us to replace before funding out loan. Needless to say this killed the deal and I would not recommend using David Cook to perform appraisals. Funny thing is the home appraised for higher than I told the lender but the nit picking on non essential items is what killed the deal. Stay Away from this company.
