I had to have my rental house appraised so I contacted Mr. Linker. When he finished his quote he put on my house it was six thousand dollar below tax appraisal and almost thirty five thousand below the comps in the neighborhood. Two realtors and another appraiser told me that he was way far off base. His poor judgment has caused huge headaches for a simple process!
