We paid money for our appraisal and have never received it. She never returned any calls and simply never gave us the appraisal we paid for. The experience has been awful and a huge scam. How can this person still have a license?

I CAN NOT STRESS ENOUGH. DO NOT USE THIS AWFUL APPRAISER. DOES NOT REAPOND TO CALLS OR EMAILS HAS BEEN OVER 2 WEEKS SINCE APPRAISAL AND SHE WILL NOT CALL BACK CAUSING US TO LOSE OUR HOME WE WERE PURCHASING. REPORTING TO STATE SHE SHOUKD LOSE HER LICENSE. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS PERSON. SHE TAKES THE MONEY AND YOU DO NOT GET AN APPRAISAL BACK. SCAM ARTIST
